Cancellation Policy
R&J Upholstery and More LLC Customer Policies & Service Guidelines 1. Appointments Customers are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled. 3. Deposits A deposit may be required for larger jobs, special-order services, or appointments requiring significant preparation. Deposits will be applied toward the final balance. 4.
