Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled. 3.
